My mission is to empower teenage athletes, women seeking fat loss and muscle gain, and competitive CrossFit athletes through strength-focused training, sustainable nutrition, and personalized programming. I strive to help clients build confidence and a positive relationship with their bodies based on performance, health, and long-term progress.
My journey began as a competitive gymnast, where the prevailing belief was that being lighter equated to success. This led me down a path of extreme food restriction and subsequent weight fluctuations, ultimately resulting in various eating disorders. Transitioning from collegiate gymnastics,I discovered the transformative power of strength training and proper nutrition. Focusing on performance rather than appearance allowed me to break free from toxic ideals and redefine success.
I work with three distinct groups: teenage athletes striving to balance performance goals with body confidence, women who want to build muscle, shed body fat, and establish sustainable habits, and competitive CrossFit athletes seeking tailored programming to optimize strength, endurance, and recovery for peak performance.
Through my holistic approach, I guide each client toward goals by emphasizing sustainable nutrition, structured training, and confidence in their body's capabilities.
