Sydney Waltz

Founder, Personal Trainer, & Nutritionist

My mission is to empower women in achieving their fitness goals by fostering muscle growth, reducing body fat, promoting food autonomy, and cultivating a positive relationship with their bodies based on functionality rather than appearance. 

My journey began as a competitive gymnast, where the prevailing belief was that being lighter equated to success. This led me down a path of extreme food restriction and subsequent weight fluctuations, ultimately resulting in various eating disorders. 

Transitioning from collegiate gymnastics, I encountered body image struggles until I discovered the transformative power of weightlifting. Embracing a regimen focused on strength and progress, I realized the profound impact of nutrition on performance and overall well-being. 

Understanding the pervasive desire among women to achieve rapid weight loss, I advocate for a holistic approach that prioritizes mental and physical health over quick fixes. Through my experiences, I've unlocked the formula for sculpting a physique while enjoying favorite foods and embracing a fulfilling exercise routine.

Despite the skepticism surrounding this approach, I'm deeply committed to guiding others towards similar achievements, believing that everyone deserves to experience the empowerment that comes from aligning fitness goals with self-love and nourishment.
